The Five Minute Scene : Building a Narrative Longform with Guest Improv instructor : Mark Shone.

Join us for a galvanic exploration of how environment leads to characters, characters to relationship, all to the objective of the scene. This is your opportunity to practice the how to’s of creating  an engaging scene, the nucleus that is the basis of a cohesive longform show. Let’s discover how to stay in the moment with our scene partners and  find out what the promise of the story is.

Saturday  workshop hours: 10:30 – 12:30 (1/2 hour  break for lunch)  1 pm – 3 pm  followed at  3 pm – 4 pm, run through for evening student show in the theater, (time to be announced)…

Sunday   workshop hours: 10:30 – 12:30. break for lunch 1 pm – 3 pm.  from 3 pm – 4 pm, in house student show
